The City of Bay City is launching the ARPA COVID-19 2022 Nonprofit Relief Grant Program to assist local Nonprofits recovering from the adverse economic impacts resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and associated Executive Orders, in particular those most disproportionately impacted by the pandemic. The primary objective of the program is to provide assistance to Nonprofits to cover loss of earnings, decline in revenues, impacts of cancelled fundraising events during periods of closure or limited operations due to public health orders, unexpected expenses related to an increased demand for services or mitigation efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, and other necessary expenditures related to the COVID-19 emergency.
