Have trash carts out by 7:00 am on your service day.
Space all containers at least 3 ft apart. A minimum of 3 ft is required between each item set out for collection (cart, recycling, yard waste)
Make sure your cart is facing the right way. The lid should open towards the street.
Make sure your carts are not too close to a vehicle or blocked by a vehicle. Please leave space for us to work safely and remove cars from the street if possible.
Keep all items close to the curb and spaced properly.

Do not place trash carts near guide wires, trees, utility poles, street signs or other containers/overflow trash.
Do not park in front of yours or your neighbors trash cart.
Do not place cart sideways or backward. (This will prevent damage to the lid/cart)
Do not place trash carts out before 7:00 pm the day before your service day.

Yard Waste Pick up Starts April 1st.
Leaves, grass clippings, small twigs, prunings, shrub clippings, pumpkins, branches, brush, flowers, roots, and other material is commonly thrown away in the course of maintaining yards and gardens from city residences.
Put yard waste in Kraft paper yard bags or in a 32-gallon or smaller container with handles that are marked Yard Waste Only.
Bags and/or containers cannot weigh more than 40 pounds when filled.
Set yard waste containers/Kraft bags 3-feet away from any obstruction, including vehicles, wheeled trash carts and recycling bins.
Set yard waste out between 7:00 pm the night before and 7:00 am the day of your scheduled pick-up day.

Yard waste is NOT accepted in plastic bags, cardboard boxes, grocery bags or other unapproved containers.
No mixed materials, Yard Waste only
No wet or torn bags.
Yard waste does NOT include garbage, food, plastic, synthetic fibers, lumber, human or animal waste.
