The Patrol Operations Division sergeants and lieutenants organize, detail personnel, supervise and respond to calls for service. They represent the department at organizational meetings and special events. Some of these special events include:

• 4th of July Festival
• Santa's Arrival & Tree Lighting
• Tall Ships Festival
• Numerous summer concerts 
• Special event races and walks
