Budget Billing Program
To make your household budgeting easier, consider signing up for our budget bill program. There is no charge for this program.Online Bill Paying
Bay City Electric Light and Power customers have the option to pay their utility bill online with a credit card. A minimal processing fee will apply.Direct Bill Payment

A shutoff policy was adopted which includes a Winter Protection Plan for senior citizens, customers with physical or mental disabilities, full time active military personnel, customers who are receiving assistance from the state, and those with limited incomes.-
