The HDC currently has one vacancy and you may be the perfect fit!

Bay City has three historic districts listed on the National Register of Historic Places, exhibiting some of the finest examples of architecture in the state. Planning and Zoning is responsible for historic preservation efforts in Bay City. Historic district staff responsibilities include:
- Providing information on the city's historic districts
- Review of building permit applications for property within historic districts
- Assistance with applications for work in historic districts
- Assistance with historic district regulations
