Overview


The City of Bay City Police and Fire Retirement System is a single-employer defined benefit pension plan for all eligible police officers and firefighters employed with the City of Bay City. The plan is administered by the city and operates under the authority of the City Charter. The City Commission has the authority to amend and establish benefit provisions.
