Grant Administration

The Grants Administration Department is responsible for the administration and oversight of Bay City's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) & HOME Grant including compliance, citizen participation, sub-recipient monitoring, contract administration and preparation of plans and reports.  Activities of this department also includes the preparation, submittal and management of grant proposals for the City of Bay City
