Eddy, N McLellan, N Birney closed to thru traffic

Today, April 3, 2023, contractors begin reconstruction of Eddy Street, N. McLellan Street, and N. Birney Street. Construction is expected to take place through June. During this time, the streets will be closed to thru traffic, but accessible for local traffic, including businesses.
