The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) dedicated more than $31 million to the City of Bay City to respond to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency and/or allow for the creation of an economic boost following the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

This subcommittee has a focus on increased business and health and human services.
