THIS MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED! The Bay City Citizens District Council advise the city government with respect for the orderly growth, development and redevelopment of the area. They keep the residents of the district informed about development plans and other issues of concern. They also promote better relations between local government and residents, and encourage active citizen participation in building a better community. Members are elected by the residents of the district. Members must live in, own a business in, or have a demonstrable interest in the district.
