NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

2021/2022 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPROT

The City of Bay City will hold a public hearing to receive citizen input on Bay City’s 2021/2022 Consolidated Annual Performance Plan (CAPER) to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

A Public Hearing will be held on:

June 22, 2023                     3:00 pm – 4:00 pm          Room 306, City Hall, 301 Washington Avenue

CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REPORT (CAPER)

The CAPER provides annual performance reporting on client outputs and outcomes that enable an assessment of grantee performance utilizing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) & HOME Investment Partnership Grant funds.  The CAPER evaluation is for program year July 1, 2021 thru June 30, 2022.  The 2021/2022 CAPER may be viewed at:

Public Comment Period and Process:

The Public Comment Period will be available for a 15-day public review and comment period from June 23, 2023 – July 7, 2023.   Citizens wishing to submit written comments during the public comment period may email or mail them, postmarked no later than July 7, 2023, to the following:
