The City is proactively working on reducing the spread of COVID-19 by limiting interaction with the public for the benefit of our customers and our staff. We recognize that paying with debit or credit card or phone payments includes additional processing fees. Beginning immediately all fees associated with paying online or over the phone will be waived.

Payments which can be made online, via a mobile app, or by phone include: utilities, utility deposits for new service, parking tickets and city invoices.
