Processing fees waived for Bay City customers

The City is proactively working on reducing the spread of COVID-19 by limiting interaction with the public for the benefit of our customers and our staff. We recognize that paying with debit or credit card or phone payments includes additional processing fees. Beginning immediately all fees associated with paying online or over the phone will be waived.

“We continue to seek ways that will help our residents and customers as our community navigates through the repercussions of this pandemic,” says City Manager Muscott, “we continue to be flexible to respond in a responsible manner to this consistently changing landscape.”

Our customers have a variety of ways to pay which include the following:

  • US Postal Mail: Bay City Treasurer, 301 Washington Avenue, Bay City, MI 48708
  • 💻ONLINE: (then click “Pay Bills Online”)
  • 📲MOBILE APP: Download “PSN Payments” from the App Store or Google Play
  • ☎️PHONE: 877-885-7968

Payments which can be made online, via a mobile app, or by phone include: utilities, utility deposits for new service, parking tickets and city invoices.
