COVID-19 MORTGAGE RELIEF PROGRAM
The City of Bay City’s COVID-19 Mortgage Relief Program will provide a one-time grant to pay for up to six months of past due mortgage payments to low income residents of Bay City who have had a hardship directly related to COVID-19.
Eligible applicants must live within the City of Bay City limits, be at or below 80% of area median income, and had a hardship that is a direct result of COVID-19. Documentation or proof of COVID-19 hardship and income verification is required.
