NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DRAFT 2022/2023 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
Presented below is the Draft Annual Plan for the 2022/2023 Federal Program Year (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023). This is to provide notice that a formal 30 calendar day comment period on the Annual Action Plan to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will commence on July 1, 2022, and will conclude on July 31, 2022. During this period, copies of the Five-year Consolidated Plan and the Annual Plan may be reviewed at the following locations:

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to gather comments on the draft Annual Plan on:

The City of Bay City’s Annual Action Plan for the 2022/2023 Program Year will include the expenditure of the following funding sources:

LOCATIONS
The above activities will be carried out within low and moderate-income neighborhoods and to low to moderate-income residents within the City of Bay City.
LEAD AGENCY
The City of Bay City’s Community Development Department will act as the lead agency for the implementation and monitoring of these activities.
