Conference Room Request - City Hall

  1. Type in the name of the organization or group requesting use of the conference room. 

  2. Non-profit is defined as follows:  Majority of meeting attendees are volunteers and not paid by the entity requesting room usage.

  3. Non-City Related Use - Non-Profit Rates

    $ 25.00 Rate for Half Day (not to exceed 4 hours)

    $ 50.00 Rate for Full Day

    $ @ Cost* Weekend Rate

    *Actual cost of staff overtime to open and close the building to be charged, along with and in addition to the appropriate half day or full day rate.

  4. Non-City Related Use - Other Users - Rates

    $ 50.00 Rate for Half Day (not to exceed 4 hours)

    $ 100.00 Rate for Full Day @ cost*

    *Actual cost of staff overtime to open and close the building to be charged, along with and in addition to the appropriate half day or full day rate.

  5.     All room scheduling will be handled through the City Manager’s Office, in addition to the billing and collection of room rental.

        The City will not reserve rooms for any group that has delinquent debt owed. 

        The City Manager may waive or modify the fee as deemed necessary.
